WOW! right from the horses mouths.


I get a kick out of= Especially if you're doing live chat with members, do you people realize that the customer support rep is having 4 chats simultaneously with different customers?

My wife used to work for MCI who had a contract with Microsoft to do billing support for their MSN Internet Service.

The stories she could tell at the end of her shift.. They were not pricks like eBay! They cared about the customer and told the reps to give them anything they wanted to keep them happy!

One little old lady told her, "You tell Bill i have is picture on my refrigerator" I thought that one was priceless.. The callers thought they were calling Microsoft Headquarters in Washington, And what a surprise if they found out she was in Pinellas Park Florida!!
