Hey doc how are you feeling?

Post by witchie » July 20th, 2004, 3:02 pm

Doc hope you are feeling better. I tried to email the two addresses I have for you and both came back undeliverable. I'll try thru the personal message system here. After your comments on the motors board last night i'm worried about you. You got my email addy how bout letting me or someone know your ok.

If your heart is still racing GO TO THE ER NOW!!! Rest and relax. Heck take a vacation come on out I'll take you to see all the sites.

Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, tourist trap towns heck Shotgun Willies strip club isn't that far either and PT golds male/female (on different floors) stripclub is on the other corner of the same block as Shotgun's lol. Then at least you will have a reason for your heart to race. If that doesn't get your blood pumping I'll just gas up the nova, air up the tires and we will drive up into the mountains and come down with bad brakes at 90+mph

Doc, you better listen to Witchie, she's got some good advice. I've read the posts about you not feeling too well and hope you start to feeling better.

Doc, get to feeling better, then ask the doctor about getting some exercise to get that heart strengthened, maybe a stationary bike, Schwinn AirDyne. They are very good for the heart and low impact on the body. There might be something else that may work for you to get better. I had a heart attack and triple by-pass 10 years ago at age 40 and I am doing pretty good. I have the normal old age aches and pains. I do martial arts, walk, jog, bicycle, use my treadmill and AirDyne, but went through cardiac rehab before I started doing all this. The doctor knows what's best for you and it's best to follow their advise. It doesn't hurt to ask them for preventive maintenance, but what works for me, may not work for you. But if possible, get on a routine and stick with it. I don't feel like doing this crap everyday, but now feel guilty if I don't.

I wish you well and hope you get to feeling better.

I will see how i feel in the morning. Have a job to move an associates computers to a new warehouse. Have 3 offices to wire network cabeling and jacks. I'm not moving the equipment or crawling in the attic. So really all i have to do is wire the jacks and hook everything up.

My friend rented a warehouse where a computer outfit was in. They took out several offices and ripped out all the cabeling for some reason. Threw out a shit load of blue cat5 data cable! Now he has to buy more! He did not take it out but it was in a huge pile & he thought it was garbage and tossed it out.. Ouch!

But if i don't feel up to it I will go to the ER. Just feel real weak tonight, no chest pains or anything like that, just no energy.

Thanks everyone for your concern!!

I'm glad to hear it. I have a feeling you can be a stuborn old goat lol. Take it easy tomorrow. Connor would kill me if I tossed his Cat5 He thankfully has it on a big spool, but I once almost tossed a long piece he had laying around. Expensive stuff. I can sometimes get the last of spools from my mom who works installing for Quest.

Doc, no major physical work until you get checked. Glad there is no chest pain, unless you are diabetic. IF you have highblood pressure or and heart related symptons, ask for some nitro, get the spray bottle, it last longer. I have some, but have never used it. It's there just in case.

Hope you get to feeling better and hope it was just the Florida hot and humid weather.

Witchie, as for the ulcer, kids will do that to a person. Sell all kids and get rid of the significant other. Just kidding, my son has them and continues to drink and get very sick when they act up. Kids don't listen, got to find out on there own. You hang in there too. I just woke up and need my first cup of coffee, 20 oz cup, very strong.

You both take it easy and go to the doctor if things get worse.
